Guchhi, the hotel’s signature Indian restaurant offers tandoor, kadhai and Bengali specialities. The theatrical open kitchen focuses on an uncomplicated style of cooking that enhances the food’s natural flavours. The restaurant is also appropriate for intimate business or social events as two private dining rooms are also available.
The interiors are designed in a contemporary and modern style with wooden flooring, floor-to-ceiling silk drapes, and a beautiful display cabinet at the entrance. The towering floor-to-ceiling windows allow a seamless transition, bringing the outside architecture and landscaped elements into the interior. Theatrical lighting, designed to highlight the features of the special show kitchen, sets the correct mood throughout the day and into the evening and complements the interior and exterior design elements.
Named after the Kashmiri forest morel- Guchhi, the specialities at the restaurant include the Guchhi Pulao and the Guchhi Kulcha. Diners also enjoy the Raan - E-Guchhi and Tandoori Guchhi at the restaurant.

La Cucina
Located off the lobby, La Cucina, Italian kitchen and bar at Hyatt Regency Kolkata is a sophisticated dining venue with a warm and contemporary ambience offering a wide variety of wine and authentic Italian cuisine.
Fresh imported ingredients, home made pasta and the wood fire oven emphasize the element of home-style cooking.
La Cucina also offers an exclusive walk through floor to ceiling wine library displaying 150 bottles of old and new world wines. The library bar, with seating options, offers a wide selection of Italian, Australian, French and American wines. Also available are Italian aperitifs campari, martini, premium whisky and beers. The staff at the restaurant are professionally trained to guide the guests to make informed choices about which wine they could choose.
In addition make all Sundays special with Pranzo Di Domenica, an exclusive Sunday lunch at La Cucina serving antipasti and dolci buffet, along with pasta, risotto, vegetarian and non vegetarian main course served directly from the pan to the plate.

Famous for its view of the beautifully landscaped gardens and water features, the Waterside Cafe is a spacious and stylish café located at the ground floor of the hotel.
